NJD Spectre Colour Mixing Floodlight
The NJD Spectre Colour Mixing Floodlight is an amazing new concept in stage lighting. The NJD Spectre provides the user with an almost limitless choice of colours by mixing three 500 Watt lamps, one red, one green and one blue through dichroic filters. The internal microprocessor interpret the users requirements and calculate what percentage of each colour is needed to create the colour wash desired.
From vivid prime colours to gentle pastels the spectre can create them all and with no moving colour wheels or scrolls the colour change viewed by the audience is absolutely seamless.
Control is simplicity itself via. either DMX, 0-10 Volts or MIDI, all that is required is three channels. Channel one is a dimmer which controls the brightness from 0 - 100%. Channel two controls the colour selection, moving the slider through 0 -100% gently taking the colours through 12 colours and all intermediate shades. Channel three allows the operator to choose any pastel of a selected colour (e.g. If channel 2 in set to red then channel 3 will allow all pastels from solid red to a hint of pink).
