The FBT J5T 5 inch Passive Speaker featuring a 5 inch Driver and a 1 inch driver 3W, 12.5W, 25W and 50 watt tappings. This Italian made speaker features a rugged gas injected molded polypropylene cabinet and Spring clip connections. With two M6 flying points for use with optional mounting brackets.
The FBT J5T series speakers feature lightweight, yet rugged gas injected molded polypropylene cabinet construction. Available in black or white finish the FBT J5T series speakers modern cabinet appearance provides fixed installations with an elegant design that blends into any decor.
With the use of optional accessories the FBT J5T speakers can be mounted on mic stands for many nearfield monitor applications, live sound and as a studio monitor. The FBT J5 is of two way design incorporating an 5 inch low frequency woofer and 1 inch HF custom compression driver.
Cabinet dispersion is 90°H x 90°V allowing for wide pattern coverage. The internal crossover is at a fixed frequency of 3.5kHz.
With a frequency range of 90Hz - 20kHz the FBT J5T speakers provide high fidelity sound for both speech and music applications with a maximum SPL of 114dB. A front face steel grille protects the speaker from external damage.
Ideal for fixed installations where numerous speakers are required, the FBT J5T have a switchable 70V/100V transformer with selectable power taps at 50W, 25W, 12.5W, 3W, by the means of a 4 position rotary switch on the rear of the speaker cabinet. The two M6 fly points built into the cabinets along with the optional mounting brackets allow the FBT J5T speakers to be surface mounted on walls or ceiling. For portable or fixed use the FBT J5T speakers can be mounted on mic stands by using the optional adapters for vertical mounting. Rear panel connections feature push pin terminal strips for bare wire connection.
