All online orders for our Export customers default to Customer collection - as every country is different and is based on volumetric weight.
So if you have placed an order with us or been quoted via Email you will have received an Email requesting to add this shipping cost.
We can amend online payment amounts down in value, but not up. So please make sure you add enough to the cart to cover the cost quoted for the shipping that's been quoted.
Just increase the quantity in the shopping cart to equal or exceed the value of shipping quoted.
Also as the UK is outside of the EU - the UK VAT can be zeroed off - if you have a VAT number please provide that as well as it helps Customs deal with your package quicly, Note: You will be liable for any VAT / Duty that's applicable for your country.
