Q: Can I use 2 wireless mics & transmit to only 1 receiver at the same time?
A1: The answer is no if the frequency is the same for both wireless mics & receiver. One receiver can only receive (demodulate) the signal from one active transmitter (mic) at a time Turn on only 1 mic at a time when you've have more than 1 mic on the same frequency. Unintelligible interfering noises will be heard when one receiver is receiving at the same time from two active mics. You will need to "alternate" back & forth between two mics.
A2: If you want to use 2 wireless mics at the same time, the portable PA system itself needs to have two receivers installed. Plus, the 2 wireless mic need to be programmed to 2different frequencies which correspond with the 2 receivers.

Q: How to improve operating range & reduce dropouts?
A1: For optimum reception, line-of-sight (clear of obstacles in between you & the wireless PA )
should be maintained.
A2: Reduce the distance between the wireless PA & you with a wireless mic

Q: Symptoms & what to do when wireless PA system is experiencing interference?
Audible noises heard or "NOISE" indicator or RF meter is lit on MRM-70B or MRM-72B diversity receiver indicates the presence of interference. The best method to get rid of interference is to try to find a different frequency. 16 scannable frequencies are available in MRM-70B/72B. There are three potential solutions in dealing with interferences:
A1: Change to a Different Receiver Frequency Press "SCAN" button to quickly scan for one of the 16 clear, interference-free frequencies. Scanning stops automatically once a clear, interference-free frequency is located Align IR windows of both mic & receiver within 30cm of each other Press "ACT" button to sync the receiver frequency to transmitter automatically.
A2: Reduce or Manage the Interference There is a "SENSITIVITY" level with "- & +" indicators on both MRM-70B & MRM-72B If all 16 frequency channels are unable to overcome the interference try A2 Using a small screwdriver, adjust level counter-clockwise to the left-hand side, negative (-) sign. Adjust level incrementally until no audible noises are heard However, the downside of reducing sensitivity level will shorten the transmitting rang
